100% Beef Burgers
450g round steak mince
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 eating apple, peeled and grated
100g gluten-free, wheat-free breadcrumbs
100g gluten-free oats
salt & pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
To shape the burger, wet your hands to prevent it sticking. I usually make 12 burgers from this amount of mince.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, cook them on a frying pan over a medium heat for about 5 minutes each side. Enjoy 🙂
